Salesperson was very friendly, treated me like family. walked me through the entire process. Everyone at the dealership bent over backwards to satisfy me. After the mistreatment I received at Serpentini Chevrolet In Willoughby Hills, I questioned whether I wanted to try a different automobile. I have bought nothing but a Chevrolet since 1969, replacing a vehicle every 4 years. Whiteside showed me why i made the right choice.

Great service. No problem

Pre-arranged test driving of 5 vehicles with sales associate. Everything was ready on time as agreed. Worked on deal over the next 48hrs via phone with sales associate and was able to close the deal in a timely fashion. Everything was well communicated and professional throughout the entire process.

Went for oil Change

Bought two vehicles in May, used and listed as checked out ok. Both had problems off the lot, before I got home, had to come back multiple times at my expense to resolve issues and finally drive my vehicles in September
