Confirmed Service Customer
Made the appointment well in advance, took my car over to drop it off with the understanding that a rental vehicle would be waiting. It was not, had to leave and come back and still had to wait on rental. When I picked my car up two days later. I was told a part came in wrong and had to be reordered, would be in Tuesday. They would call when it came in. That was two weeks ago and still have not had a phone call. When I call, I get voice mail. The work done was excellent.
